The department provides professional advice to individuals, public and private sector clients on a full range of commercial & residential building surveying and property related matters. Where necessary, we work alongside other specilaist teams within the practice to ensure that best advice is given and this is particulalrly relevant for diminution valuations for dilapidations purposes and property marketing advice.
