Our dedicated Letting & Management Department currently has well over 1000 properties under their control from small flats to country houses, in Norwich and both the South and North Norfolk areas.

Tenant selection is given particular care and our service includes referencing, preparation of tenancy agreements, collection of rents and management of property. Our aim is always to protect and enhance your investment. Additional services include guaranteed rental returns and a "Buy to Let" advisory service (from property search through survey, acquisition, letting and management, property improvement and eventually sale). Our property management team handles both residential and commercial properties from blocks of flats and whole estates to the industrial estate portfolio of local authorities.

We are fortunate in having the benefit of support from our Building Surveyors in respect of the cyclical maintenance of managed properties including painting programmes, modernisation and updating and are therefore able to deal with any structural matters which arise to ensure that your property is both financially productive and maintained in good condition.
