Norwich-based Arnolds has been named Best Regional Estate Agency in the Guild of Professional Estate Agents Estate Agency of the Year Awards.

The firm, which has three offices in Prince of Wales Road in the city, Eaton and Wroxham, won the accolade in the Northern Home Counties and East Anglia region.  Arnolds Partner Jan Hÿtch received the certificate at a ceremony in Mayfair.

The award is given following a rigorous judging process including mystery shopping and tracking performance against competitors.

“We are delighted to receive this award from the Guild of Professional Estate Agents,” said Mrs Hÿtch.  “Following our recent achievement of Licensed status from the National Association of Estate Agents, this accolade further recognises our commitment to professional estate agency and excellent client service.

“The judging process for this award is conducted without the staff knowing, and to be named the best estate agent in such a large region of the country is a big achievement for all the team at Arnolds.”
