NEW WROXHAM OFFICE OPENS
Arnolds brand new office at Wroxham has now re-opened after a major programme of refurbishment and refitting, following the acquisition of the long established estate agency and surveying business, Draper & Co.
The office stands close to Wroxham Bridge in the very heart of Wroxham, itself the capital of Broadland, and offers eye-catching displays, the latest computer technology which enables all properties to be marketed through each of Arnolds three offices and beyond. All properties are listed on primelocation.com, the most successful upmarket property portal and on EDP24 (the website of the Archant Group of newspapers) as well as Arnolds own website…Arnolds.uk.com…which has registered over 14,000 visits per month from buyers seeking residential properties.
Most important of all, however, are the staff and Arnolds have ensured that clients in the Broadland area will experience the very best! Mike Tims FRICS, an Associate with Arnolds and a qualified Chartered Surveyor will be the resident Surveyor and will offer a wide range of surveying and valuation services.
Senior Negotiator Christine Pye has been with the firm for some time and will transfer from the very successful Eaton office, itself opened less than two years ago.
New to Arnolds, but certainly not to Broadland, is Heather Wright MNAEA, who has worked in two Broadland estate agencies over the past ten years and who Arnolds are very pleased to welcome as a Residential Negotiator and Valuer dealing specifically with the valuation of Broadland residential properties for sale.
This highly experienced team will be supported by part-time staff Sally Smith and Alison Fuller and with the wide ranging services of one of the region’s leading firms of Chartered Surveyors available when required.
Arnolds are committed to the highest possible standards of service and have Quality Assurance in all departments.
