ARNOLDS RESIDENTIAL TEAMS WILL SHINE IN 2005
The 2005 residential property market in Norwich and the surrounding areas looks likely to be more balanced than 2004, (itself a volatile year) but activity levels are already picking up and initial fears of a severe downturn in prices look unlikely to be realised.
In truth the residential property market, having enjoyed a sustained period of growth since the middle 1990's was inevitably going to face a period of adjustment and this adjustment started in late 2004 and is continuing during the present time. We anticipate that the market will improve as the year goes on but for those considering a sale of property it will be vital to obtain genuine professional advice to ensure that you maximise the return on your most valuable asset.
Managing Partner, David Richardson FRICS, comments, "during the strong market conditions of two or three years ago, many properties sold quickly with only limited marketing. At the present time, however, buyers are reluctant to pay ever-increasing prices (at a time which their own income is geared to a low rate of inflation) and it takes the skills and experience, professionalism and commitment on behalf of clients which Arnolds possess to create a sale".
Arnolds provide a free marketing appraisal and valuation service for those considering sale and have a number of unique selling services for the benefit of clients. As Chartered Surveyors, with quality assurance in all departments, our integrity and honesty is unquestionable. Please call our Norwich Residential Sales Office (01603 216808), our Eaton Office (01603 506697) or our newly established Broadland Office at Wroxham (01603 782053) for further details.
