Exciting New Industrial Development – Bullen Court, Holt

Bullen Developments Limited, are pleased to announce that they have commenced construction of a new speculative industrial scheme on the Hempstead Road Industrial Estate at Holt.

Holt and North Norfolk, as a whole, is generally under-supplied with industrial buildings for the small business community, and this new development of buildings to let, is in response to high demand for small buildings.

Bullen Court is to be constructed by North Norfolk builders, H Bullen & Son Ltd, and has been designed by Norwich architects, Chaplin Farrant.

Nigel Handley, director of Bullen Developments Ltd, comments "this is an exciting development and is proof of the company's confidence in the North Norfolk industrial property market.  Having owned land on the Hempstead Road Industrial Estate, this is the first speculative industrial development that has been undertaken by the company".
