NEW EATON OFFICE OPENS SOON

For many years Arnolds have served clients in the Cringleford and Eaton area and have sold a considerable volume of property and achieved some exceptional results.

Many clients have encouraged us to open an office in the area and we are pleased to confirm that, with effect from early January, Arnolds will indeed be operating from a superbly refitted office within the Eaton Centre at Church Lane, Eaton, adjoining Waitrose.

The Eaton office will concentrate principally on residential sales, letting and management but will offer a full survey service with back up from a wide range of surveying and professional property services, both residential and commercial, available through the Head Office in Prince of Wales Road, Norwich.

The Partner in charge of the office, Chartered Surveyor David Richardson, is very enthusiastic about this new venture and is particularly pleased that the firm's dedication to the highest possible level of service will be maintained by a very high quality staff.

Mr Richardson comments "we are delighted that we have already been joined by Andrew Roebuck, who will manage the new office, an experienced estate agent who has previously worked in a managerial capacity in one of Docklands leading agencies, but who has strong Norfolk connections. Other staff have been appointed to enable seven day opening for the convenience of customers and clients alike.
