WROXHAM OFFICE ENDS FIRST YEAR ON A HIGH NOTE!

Arnolds’ impressive Broadland office at Wroxham has ended its first year with a record month and a highly professional team looking forward to 2006 and the prospect of an improving residential property market.

The office stands close to Wroxham Bridge, in the very centre of the capital of Broadland, and offers eye-catching displays, the latest computer technology and, most important of all, an exceptional staff of experienced Estate Agents and Negotiators.

Senior Negotiator Christine Pye has been with the firm for some time having worked previously at the Norwich Head Office and at the successful Eaton Branch Office.  New to Arnolds is Senior Valuer Leigh Reeves who has taken to the Broadland area like a duck to water, as a result of Heather Wright MNAEA leaving on maternity leave.  It is hoped that Heather may return to the negotiating staff in due course but the team are well supported by part-time Negotiator Lis Walker and support staff Sally Smith and Alison Fuller. As well as residential estate agency a full lettings and survey service is also available.

The Autumn 2004 launch of the Wroxham office followed the acquisition of the well known estate agency and surveying business Draper & Co, although former clients would hardly recognise the premises which have, since acquisition, undergone a complete refit.
