ARNOLDS ACQUIRE HOME FROM HOME LETTING BUSINESS

Arnolds, Chartered surveyors of Prince of Wales Road, Norwich, have acquired the Cringleford Letting Business known as “Home From Home” which for many years has operated from Keswick Road, Cringleford.

The business was offered to Arnolds by Mrs Rosemary Bailey upon her retirement and was first formed in the late 1970's by Mrs Bailey's late husband Alan.

Commenting on the acquisition Managing Partner of Arnolds David Richardson FRICS said, "we were very pleased that Mrs Bailey felt able to approach us because there is no doubt we share precisely the same attitude to high quality client care and service". Mrs Rosemary Bailey, the owner of the business said, "on my retirement I was concerned that my long-standing clients, whom we also regard as friends, should continue to receive the personal attention which they deserve. I am delighted that such a reputable firm as Arnolds have taken the business on and I know that my clients can rest assured that they will be well cared for".

The business has been transferred to Arnolds rapidly expanding Letting Business at 34 Prince of Wales Road and has now been fully integrated, boosting the number of properties under management by Arnolds to around the 1,500 mark.

Arnolds now manage around 1,500 properties in Norwich and Norfolk including the prestigious St Andrews Park Development at Thorpe St Andrew, on behalf of the residents.
