FIRST UNIT ON PRESTIGIOUS OFFICE DEVELOPMENT LET TO BUSINESS LINK

Arnolds have recently agreed the first letting at the new prestigious Elm Farm Barns development, which comprises high specificaiton offices within a barn conversion, and is located on the old A11 road between Wymondham and Hethersett.

The letting, to Business Link, will hopefully be the first of many as the development expands into a fully fledged business centre, and we hope that Business Link, which provides business support, will provide a good anchor for the development.

Phase Two in the development is now underway, and in late spring we should be offering further high specification offices to let.
