During the summer of 2006, Barn Owl Properties purchased a site of three traditional red brick Norfolk barns through Arnolds. They had outline planning permission for conversion to residential dwellings situated in their own large generous grounds close to the Norfolk broads and the city of Norwich.

The site was ideal for Barn Owl Properties who are specialists in quality conversions of old barns and granaries, and are highly respected for their high standards of workmanship and attention to detail. Arnolds has worked with Barn Owl Properties for the last 2 years helping to achieve numerous sales on 2 previous sites, the main development being in Dilham which is situated close to our Broadland office in Wroxham.
