NEW PROMOTIONS APPOINTED AT ARNOLDS

Arnolds are pleased to announce the appointment of new Partners.

Charlie Penrose has been a salaried Partner since April 2003 and has accepted Equity.  He runs the expansive Residential Survey and Valuation Division, and joined Arnolds in January 1996 and has run the department since Chris Woodbine's semi-retirement.  He is also a Director of Allied Surveyors PLC, a nationwide association of firms similar to Arnolds.

Jan Hÿtch joined the Firm in the late 1980s when the Partners bought back the firm from Norwich & Peterborough Building Society in 1993, Jan came with the new Partnership and was instrumental in building Arnolds' residential sales department.  Since then she has moved up through various roles within the firm, and now heads the successful Residential Lettings Department.  Jan graduated from the UEA with a Masters degree in Business Management in 2007, and additionally holds an Operations role within the firm encompassing IT, and human resources.

Over the 100 years history of Arnolds as the firm has evolved, Jan becomes the first woman to become a Partner.  Managing Partner Guy Gowing comments "Entry into Partnership within this firm is subject to a very high threshold, and this appointment is a reflection of Charlie's and Jan's hard work and dedication, as well as exemplary management skills and business acumen". 

Their appointment brings the number of Partners within the firm to six.
