ARNOLDS LAUNCH NEW EATON OFFICE

Arnolds brand new office at Eaton is now open for business … seven days a week …. And has got off to a flying start. Superbly located within the main concourse of the Eaton Centre, right opposite the entrance to the Waitrose Supermarket, the office has immediately benefited from huge foot traffic and great public acclaim.

Arnolds Managing Partner, David Richardson FRICS, one of the most experienced estate agents in the Norwich area, is directing the Eaton Office, with the support of an experienced staff of four dedicated negotiators. He is very pleased with the first three months of the operation and says "obviously, with a new venture, we were not certain how the first few weeks would go but apart from one or two computer problems we couldn't really be more pleased".

He adds "we are here as professional Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors to serve the public in Eaton, Cringleford and the adjoining areas and villages and have been delighted by the way we have been received. We actually sold properties during the first week of operation and the performance of the Office in terms of sales is well ahead of expectations and we have all been very busy indeed." The staff at Eaton include negotiators, Christine Pye, Tracey Roper, Michelle Anderson and Michelle Daisley, with support from Nikki Cann and a wealth of backup experience available from experienced Partners and staff at the Norwich Head Office in Prince of Wales Road.

The Eaton Office will concentrate principally on residential sales, letting and management, but will offer a full survey service with back-up from a wide range of surveying and professional property services, both residential and commercial, available through the Head Office in Prince of Wales Road, Norwich.

Negotiator Christine Pye also benefits from considerable estate agency experience and has been with Arnolds for the last twelve months, joining from one of the other leading agencies in the City Centre. Christine really enjoys the more personal service which a smaller office can give and in fact made the first sale at Eaton just two days after the office opened.

Adam Tuck is a Senior Valuer at Eaton, having transferred from a similar role at the firm's Norwich Head Office. As well as being an experienced valuer and negotiator, Adam is studying to become a Chartered Surveyor.

Tracey Roper was, until she joined Arnolds, a manager for an office furniture company but an opportunity of a career change proved irresistible! Tracey's considerable sales skills and personality has already won a number of compliments from our clients.

Completing a trio of Residential Sales Negotiators is Michelle Anderson who, like Michelle Daisley, is an Australian. Michelle has a new homes background but is relishing the more complex challenge of selling a wide range of residential properties. Support staff include part-time negotiator Michelle Daisley (also with Arnolds for some years) and Nicki Cann who is a real local … living in Newmarket Road.
