NEW PARTNERS AND ASSOCIATES AT ARNOLDS

Arnolds, Chartered Surveyors of Prince of Wales Road, Norwich, have confirmed the appointment of two new Partners and two new Associates.

John Hadcroft BSc, MRICS, IRRV and Charlie Penrose MRICS have become Partners in the firm and Jonathan Hopper ANAEA and Jan Hytch ANAEA have become Associates.

Commenting on the appointments, Managing Partner David Richardson, said "We are delighted to recognise the increasingly important involvement in the business of all four members of staff who already occupy senior positions in the Commercial and Residential Divisions."

John Hadcroft is an experienced Senior Commercial Surveyor specialising in commercial property valuation, rent review and rating work and Charlie Penrose, a Senior Surveyor in the Residential Survey & Valuation Department, takes over as Survey and Valuation Partner leading a team of four Surveyors who undertake mortgage valuations, Home Buyer Reports and structural surveys.

Jonathan Hopper has, for the past two years, been Manager of the Norwich Residential Agency Department and his appointment as an Associate, like that of Jan Hytch… who has been with the firm for ten years and has overseen the spectacular increase in business in the firm's Letting Department… reflect the success if their individual departments.
