BUSY 2004 MARKET FOR ARNOLDS RESIDENTIAL TEAM

The residential property market in Norwich and the surrounding areas is certainly gearing up and there are again strong indications of a powerful market during the early months of the year.

2003 was more volatile than previous years with strong periods of activity interspersed with brief periods where prospective purchasers withdrew temporarily from the market as their confidence was sapped by forecasts of downturns in the market (which never came).

Managing Partner, David Richardson FRICS, comments "It is absolutely vital, in what is a more balanced market for the marketing strategy to be carefully planned and for the valuation and pricing to be properly and professionally considered. Arnolds have always avoided the criticism aimed at some agents that they over-value (to gain instructions) or under-value (to achieve sales) and have to hand extensive databases and indices which enable pinpoint valuations and, as a result, the best possible result for their clients".
