Arnolds can offer two types of property inspection that will help you decide.

The first is the Homebuyers Survey and Valuation Report which is in the standard RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) inspection format, and the second is the Arnolds Building Survey which is a more comprehensive report for those requiring greater detail or wishing us to concentrate on further or particular aspects of the property.

Each of these reports will tell you whether or not the price of the property you are buying is reasonable considering its condition, age, situation and the current market conditions.
