The first is the Homebuyer Survey and Valuation Report which is in the standard RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) inspection format, and the second is the Arnolds Building Survey which is a more comprehensive report for those requiring greater detail or wishing us to concentrate on particular aspects of a property.

Each of these reports will tell you whether or not the price of the property you are buying is reasonable considering its condition, age, situation and the current market conditions.
